I watched a recording of a launch of localEconomies.org webinair, it’s a great initiative, thanks for publishing the catalogue! I myself though about creating something… like a fablabs network but focusing more on local and low-tech and slow-scale production rather then digital (and mass) production.
I am currently starting a solarpunk makerspace in Poland, Warsaw suburbs and would love to connect with the IoP Allaince.
I am a software engineer by profession, with backgrounds in computer science / distributed systems and social antropology and recently a crafts school. I also bicycle-travelled the world quite extensively in the past.
I hope to come say ‘hi!’ to one of the upcoming meetings.
