Context: In the coming weeks, we are joining the Code for Society digital infrastructures incubator. And we are well into the Governance task force’s “governance reboot” process (process overview here, notes from the worksessions here).
In that context, I am putting together notes and documents so we can draft a charter for the IOP Alliance, which all will be welcome to contribute to.
Ask: Please share in this thread:
- any inspiration, ideas you have on what makes a good charter,
- any links to drafts of brainstorms on this topic that have already happened at IOPA in the past years,
- examples of charters or other similar documents
