the other option as mentioned above is each space go out and ask 5 clinics/hospitals/care facilities what is the 5 thing at the top of their wish /needs list. Some might be outlandish or fall outside our capacities to produce for various reasons. But it will be better than just brainstorming on assumptions?

Yes absolutely @Felix - what you are suggesting here, drawing on what we talked about earlier in thread, is exactly in alignment with our thinking for discussion during the check-in meeting tomorrow.
I think that having that conversation with healthcare facilities regarding wish lists, with those criteria in mind can help to keep the conversation on a practical level - as you state, to overlay our the need with capacity to execute with legal etc constraints, that will narrow the field to something worth doing and do-able.
Update on the timeline for the first distributed manufacturing trial
900 writing aids will be produced in the 9 makerspaces participating to the IMA project, in Ghana, Kenya and South Africa.
