Louis Holbrook has developed a prototype tool that could be used for recognising people’s skills in line with our ‘People & Skills’ specification. Louis will present his work, and be joined by Dr. Sarah Hutton who developed the specification.
The call begins a process of finding collaborators, defining an implementation - a pilot - and then seeking funding or developing a business model for a real-world application.
