Proposal
The name of the Documentation Language field should be changed from documentation_language (with the underscore separator) to documentation-language (with a dash separator)
The proposed wording is as follows:
4.9.23. Documentation Language
Fieldname: documentation-language
Purpose: States the language in which the documentation has been produced.

Motivation
The use of the underscore separator is inconsistent with the majority of other field names that use a dash separator if the field name contains more than one word.
Risks
There is a risk of losing compatibility for any manifests that have already used the current field name. However, it has been observed that some manifests (e.g. those generated by Appropedia) are already using the fieldname that is proposed in this Change Proposal, so the variation in this field from the more usual dash separator in most of the other fields is already causing incompatibility.
