- Process to move forwards with the Governance Model
- Workstreams to develop the Governance Model
- Presentation from Tiberius
The things I’d love to learn about from Tiberius’ presentation are:
- Overview of Sensorica’s governance model & why it was chosen/developed to be like that (what is the problem it is trying to solve)
- How the governance canvas was developed and what context it is aimed at
If you can let @TiberiusB know what questions you have he has kindly said he will try to work them in (there will also be time for Q&A)
